Frank is the Professor of Innovation Engineering at the University of Cambridge, where he leads the Innovation and Intellectual Property Management (IIPM) Lab.
He has 20+ year’s of experience in IP management research, often in close collaboration with industry. He has consulted companies, patent offices and governments.
Frank is President of the EPIP (European Policy for Intellectual Property) association, co-editor of IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management for Technology Assessment, Forecasting, Planning and Transfer, IP Management and Licensing.

CTO – Dr Damiano DFM
Dr Damiano Di Francesco Maesa is Assistant professor in Computer Science at the University of Pisa, Italy. He has vast experience in Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT) having worked on this technology since 2013.
Damiano’s past affiliations include the University of Cambridge, King’s College London, and the National Research Institute of Italy. He has guest lectured, provided seminars, and workshops to spread awareness on blockchain technology across Europe.

CFO – Grace X. Tang
Grace is a Physics PhD student at the University of Cambridge. Her skills and knowledge in business, design, entrepreneurship and IP have been trained via various programmes across UK universities.
Grace received her Master degree and Bachelor degrees in Physics from the University of Cambridge and University College London. She is a member of the Blockchain Society at the University of Cambridge.
Technology Architect – Gabriel Crisan
Gabriel received his Master degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Munich with research on trustworthiness of distributed oracle solutions for DLT systems.
Gabriel’s work and passion for decentralised solutions have also seen him developing a blockchain solution for a crowd-sourced mobility data collection and processing platform at the Eindhoven University of Technology.

Technology Architect – Matteo Loporchio
Matteo is currently a Ph.D. student in computer science at the University of Pisa, Italy. He received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in computer science from University of Pisa with theses on decentralised technologies.
In addition to being an enthusiast of such topics, his current research focuses on cryptography and its applications to blockchain protocols, with particular attention to privacy and data integrity.
